And now for a much-delayed tally from last week – the open source community has now produced over 12 MILLION UNITS of medical supplies all over the globe!
Production has continued to drop slightly, in part due to countries like the UK and Germany getting back to work or otherwise stopping production, and in part due to fulfillment contracts coming to an end for many makers.
We are excited to share a new test visualization with you all this week, where we show units of PPE relative to population – in other words, how many things are you making relative to how many people do you have. We want to particularly congratulate Spain, Lithuania and the US for their AMAZING work!
Thank you all once again for all the work you’re doing to support your local communities!!
